In his 30+ year career as a Mechanical Engineer, Mike has continually endeavored to find new and innovative ways to design buildings that raise the bar in energy efficiency. A licensed engineer in six Canadian provinces, his breadth of experience spans multiple sectors including healthcare, education, sports & recreation, justice facilities, laboratories, and commercial buildings. Mike has always supported finding innovative and more energy efficient ways of designing buildings. He has guest lectured at many events including the University of Toronto’s School of Architecture, Construct Canada and the Ontario Chiefs of Police Conference.

- Regional Director, Alberta + Ontario, Canada
Jason has a strong reputation for creating sustainable, distinctly client-focused built environment solutions. With over sixteen years of engineering design and project management experience, Jason specializes in medium to large-scale projects focusing on institutional, defense, airport, and transportation buildings. Rooted in his upbringing in Vancouver, British Columbia, environmental and social sustainability is a key focus in his work.
Jason’s early career in facilities maintenance and as an engineering intern inspired his deep passion for teaching practical solutions to staff while also mentoring them in their career development. He continues to actively invest in the next generation of engineers by engaging with university students and providing intentional internship opportunities within Integral Group.

Hilary leads our marketing teams in Canada and the United States, working closely with the region’s business development teams, managing principals, and regional directors. She also collaborates with the regional marketing leads in Australia and the UK as well as the Global Communications team. Before joining Integral Group, Hilary was most recently the founder and CXO of a consulting company that provides proposal management services and helps companies integrate business development activities throughout operations.

Rachel places a high importance on cultivating relationships with those she works with, both internally and externally.
Since joining Integral Group in 2012, Rachel quickly distinguished herself in the field of building performance and optimization, delivering building commissioning services for projects of all sizes and complexity, culminating her appointment to co-lead of the Toronto performance engineering team. Rachel has worked with Integral Group team members across the globe, most recently as Project Manager for one of Integral Group’s large clients. She is capable of leading large multi-disciplinary teams, with a focus on client satisfaction and technical excellence.
Rachel is committed to the development of her peers; she has been one of the driving forces behind Integral Group’s peer-to-peer Fresh Voices program. Rachel is also actively involved in the local chapter of the Society of Women Engineers, including serving as a board member during the 2018/2019 year.
As Managing Principal, Rachel will apply her client-centered delivery methods, discover new opportunities for team growth, and enhance client experience, for the Toronto practice.

Adam has 15 years of international experience working as a lead mechanical engineer on projects across Canada, United Kingdom, and the Middle East. He has led mechanical engineering teams on multi-million British pound projects, comprising of state-of-the-art cultural centers, mixed-use commercial buildings, and university campuses. He currently leads several mass timber projects that are pursuing very challenging sustainability targets. Combining his knowledge of mechanical design with project management skills, Adam leverages integrated design teams to ultimately reduce or eliminate the carbon footprint of his projects.

Jamie is a natural leader with an entrepreneurial mindset and over 20 years of experience in the design and construction industry. He brings strategic oversight to project planning to ensure the owner’s vision and goals are met. As an advocate of team growth through continued education, idea sharing, and community engagement, Jamie has guest lectured at McGill University and instructed at University of Toronto’s School of Continuing Education. A firm believer in hand sketching and integrated design in the early stages of a project, Jamie is always looking for ways to reduce active mechanical systems from buildings while enhancing occupant comfort for his projects.

developed perception skills.Zorica has over 30 years of continuous project experience and over 15 years specifically as a Project Manager. She has worked extensively and successfully in complex operational and multi-stakeholder environments, facilitating the delivery of major capital projects such as education facilities, commercial buildings, energy plants, hospitals as well as projects with energy efficient solutions. Her green building experience includes Passive House and LEED accredited facilities.
Zorica has experience in design and management of electrical and specialty services teams, including electrical high and low voltage distribution systems, fire alarm systems, lighting, CCTV and security systems. She has hands-on experience with all stages of project management, design and construction phase, with full understanding of the contractual side of managing and delivering services and projects.
