3800 6th Street | Mixed-Use Development

This new mixed-use development will be located in Los Angeles’ Koreatown: a vibrant historic neighborhood with development on the rise. Currently, the lot is occupied by a parking structure which will be demolished and replaced with a new tower to be built on the corner of 6th and Serrano. The tower will rise 20 stories with over two floors of retail storefront and up to three stories of subterranean parking. Six stories will contain a total of 192 hotel rooms, and the top twelve stories will total 110 condominium units.

This contemporary concrete and glass development will also include open space areas such as an exposed pool deck and other impressive amenities located throughout the building.
