Elementa nominated for BCO NextGen’s Employer of the Year 2019

This dedication has been recognised by the British Council of Offices for this year’s BCO Next Gen Awards, to which Elementa are nominated for NextGen’s Employer of the Year 2019.
The BCO NextGen Awards are an industry wide programme highlighting the achievements of young professionals in the commercial property sector. The prestigious NextGen’s Employer of the Year award recognises organisations that have created a stimulating and supportive work environment. As well as providing a real commitment to the welfare of its employees, resulting in high staff satisfaction levels and a well-motivated, ambitious and integrated workforce.
As reigning victors of the CIBSE Young Engineer Awards Employer of the Year, we strive to continue our hard work to mentoring and training our next-gen engineers. This is guided through our CIBSE Accredited Training and Development scheme which we are one of only 27 nationally to be accredited with.
