Entertainment One 45 Warren Street

This impressive 22,000 ft² CAT A to B scheme was undertaken in just 10 weeks for Entertainment One, the world’s largest film distributor and producer.

The fit out has provided Entertainment One with new working spaces, break out and executive offices. In addition, there are new client meeting rooms on the ground floor as well as a cinema acoustic level screening room for 24 people to showcase the latest productions.

A comms room on the ground floor ensures high speed and reliable communications are maintained for this dynamic organisation. The main challenge for the design team was to provide all the key features in a limited budget and over a very tight timescale to design, procure and construct.
