Chris is responsible for our United States practice’s strategic growth and performance. With decades of experience in high-performance design and operation, his approach is rooted in the philosophy that sustainable design must constantly evolve to suit the technology available, in balance with the client’s goals and objectives. With this in mind, Chris interfaces with clients and leadership to develop business and explore new markets.

Eric brings a calm and reliable creativity to the art of engineering the built environment. His work embodies holistic sustainable design for efficient systems, healthy environments, and cost- and maintenance-conscious approaches. Eric’s design focus centers on occupant and end user experience and a collaborative team approach to executing complex projects. Specializing in zero-energy and zero-carbon campus-scale designs, he has led projects for such clients as: Google, Pixar, California Institute of Technology, Lawrence Berkeley National Lab, National Renewable Energy Lab, Jet Propulsion Lab, National Institute of Standards and Technology and multiple University of California campuses.

With over 35 years of mechanical engineering and energy-focused consulting experience, John focuses on passive and climate-based architectural and engineering design solutions to improve occupant health, thermal comfort and energy efficiency in the built environment. John has led the design of numerous LEED Platinum Certified buildings and over 50 Zero Net Energy (ZNE) projects.

Rob is a senior mechanical principal with over 30 years of experience in highly sustainable engineering design and consulting. Rob focuses on integrating passive and low-energy systems with high-performance architectural form and features to deliver projects that achieve Net Zero performance and LEED, WELL, and Living Building certifications.
Some of his notable projects include the Los Angeles Federal Courthouse (LEED Platinum), Long Beach Civic Center (LEED Platinum), and Natural Resources Defense Council’s Santa Monica office, which was one of the first LEED Platinum-certified projects in the US and was the highest-rated US LEED project at the time of certification.
Rob is a LEED Fellow, ASHRAE High-Performance Design Professional (HBDP), GSA Design Excellence Peer, and Professional Engineer in several states.

Leveraging a rare combination of deep technical knowledge and talent for communication, Noah helps clients transform their visions into affordable, scalable, and successful realities. Noah specializes in manufacturing product consulting, all-electric buildings, radiant heating and cooling, central plants, and optimizing carbon emissions. In his tenure at Integral Group, Noah has become a global leader in the radiant design practice both internally and in the industry at large. Noah has developed a radiant heating and cooling SaaS web tool, called Radiant Master, to help guide and simplify radiant design for AEC professionals that has been used in over 4 million square feet and counting. Noah also recently completed The Radiant Whole Life Carbon Study, a pioneering new benchmark for carbon assessment and carbon reduction in the built environment.
