Beneficial State Bank Offices

This tenant improvement retrofit project is for Beneficial State Bank, a development bank in downtown Oakland. The space includes offices, conference rooms, a kitchen, storage, a server room and an outdoor deck. The retrofit resulted in a very comfortable occupant environment, including excellent acoustical performance and daylighting.

Integral Group provided the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems design as well as sustainability consulting services for this of this office. The design incorporates low-flow plumbing fixtures and high efficiency LED lighting and controls. The office plans on utilizing thermal mass of lab on exposed ceilings with ceiling fans.
