The Minnesota Street Project was awarded the AIA San Francisco Merit Award for Architecture at the 2017 Design Awards. The project responds to the increasing lack of studio and commercial space for San Francisco’s artist population. The building, a renovated 1937 warehouse, provides a venue for galleries, events, and exhibitions and includes 15 private galleries, and a café and bar at street level.
