Elementa shortlisted for 2 CIBSE Building Performance Awards
We are delighted to announce that we have been shortlisted again by CIBSE for two Awards. The CIBSE Building Performance Awards recognise the people, products and projects that demonstrate engineering excellence in the built environment. The Awards focus on actual, measured performance, not design intent or performance specifications.

This great scheme has been shortlisted for the Commercial/Industrial Project of the Year which recognises the new build or refurbishment of a Commercial or Industrial building that most effectively demonstrates high levels of user satisfaction and comfort whilst delivers outstanding measured building performance, energy efficiency and reduced carbon emissions. The building proudly incorporates many of these attributes and even boasts a BREEAM Excellent certificate to underpin its sustainability credentials. The speculative office development, which is located within Oxfordshire’s Science Vale UK Enterprise Zone was delivered on programme, below budget and is an exemplary case study of best practice and a worthy nominee for this prestigious award. The success of the project is a result of best practice collaboration between MEPC, design team and contractor. Click here for project profile.
