Elementa shortlisted for Employer of the Year at the British Council of Office’s NextGen Awards 2020

Following Elementa’s win last week at the CIBSE Young Engineer awards for Employer of the Year, Elementa has also been recognised by the British Council of Offices for this year’s BCO NextGen Awards, to which Elementa is nominated for NextGen’s Employer of the Year 2020.

The BCO NextGen Awards are an industry-wide programme highlighting the achievements of young professionals in the commercial property sector. The prestigious NextGen Employer of the Year award recognises organisations that have created a stimulating and supportive work environment. As well as providing a real commitment to the welfare of its employees, resulting in high staff satisfaction levels and a well-motivated, ambitious and integrated workforce.

As reigning victors of the CIBSE Young Engineer Awards Employer of the Year, we strive to continue our hard work mentoring and training our next-gen engineers. This is guided through our CIBSE Accredited Training and Development scheme, one of only 23 companies nationally to be certified with.

The BCO NextGen Awards 2020 presentation evening takes place virtually on November 12th, we wish all the nominees’ good luck and look forward to finding out the results.
