LeSoCo Phase 1 Wins AJ Retrofit Awards 2015

We are pleased to announce that the ‘Lewisham Southwark College – Phase 1‘ project has won the Architect Journal’s 2015 Retrofit Award in the ‘Higher Education’ category. The £8 million phase, part of the larger £40 million scheme, will provide the college with the majority of their site opposite Southwark tube station with new accommodation. Elementa are part of the design team alongside architects Richard Hopkinson and Platform 5 creating the new campus, which includes in phase 1 new frontage/entrance, main reception leading to the new central atrium meeting
and café space.
