American Heritage Apartments
The Heritage building was built originally as the American National Bank. Doubled in size in 1905, the building now has fourteen levels: two floors of retail, one floor of office space, and the balance is residential. This historic building was used as high-rise office space and was renovated to apartments which consists of 80,000 ft² (57) apartments on 3rd through 11th floors, as well as 30,000 ft² of retail/office space in the basement through 2nd floors. Concrete encased steel columns, beams, concrete and wood floor structures with steel stud construction was used and split system heat pumps were utilized for HVAC system.
Integral Group was retained to provide Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing engineering design services.
