Chessington World of Adventures Azteca Hotel

Elementa were commissioned by Merlin Entertainments at Chessington World of Adventures to build a new resort hotel and also extend their existing sports and leisure facilities. This comprised of extending the existing swimming pool, creating a new wet play area/internal water park, a new gymnasium as well as a new build four storey room hotel, allowing for an extra 75 rooms in addition to the hotel already on site.

Elementa provided detailed mechanical, electrical and public health designed services for this project. Key issues included ensuring the existing services of the hotel were seamlessly integrated with that of the new building, including the specialist services required for the sports and leisure facilities.
