Christ’s Secondary School

This new build facility provides a new music centre comprising a fully equipped concert space, practice rooms and rehearsal area, keyboard lab, digital recording studio and state-of-the-art midi computer suite; new sports hall and caretakers accommodation. The project also included a 2 storey Science block extension with laboratories.

Elementa provided all mechanical, electrical and public health design for this project. Key features included natural ventilation, 2 heating systems (underfloor heating and heating via radiators), automatic control systems. Challenges on this project included the complex co-ordination of site services.
