Confidential Australian Retailer Support Office

Integral Group provided building engineering and technology services for a new support office for a leading Australian leading retailer located in inner Melbourne. The 6-story office building consists of two towers, with additional activity space in between. The project is targeting a 5-star NABERS rating when fully occupied.

Individual and group workspaces were designed to support the requirements of a modern workforce. Consistency in the technology and desktop and meeting spaces provides staff with a uniform and simple-to-use experience for communication and collaboration with colleagues or requiring a suitable environment to work in isolation. The office includes two professional film studios with control rooms for content production and editing ranging from product demonstrations, panel events, and executive presentations for both staff and customers.

Both the studios and meeting rooms required the integration of acoustic and lighting design and mechanical equipment. These coordinated design elements enable the building technology to flow seamlessly providing stability for occupants across the tenancy.
