Kuwait International Tennis Complex
Elementa are currently providing integrated façade analysis services on Kuwait’s new International Tennis Complex. The new facility is set to become a world class sporting venue, hosting elite premium sporting events, as well as providing training facilities, VIP suites, function areas, spectator viewing, as well as a hotel and retail mall attached to the facility.
Elementa are working closely alongside David Dexter Associates on the project, providing advanced simulation and analysis to study thermal and daylight performance, establishing the façade requirements to go above and beyond Kuwait’s energy code compliance requirements.
Elementa’s experience working on high profile, international projects has led to our detailed understanding and knowledge of integrated environmental design and a holistic approach to delivering high performance designs for sporting venues. On the project Elementa are providing services relating to;
- Façade thermal performance and code compliance
- Thermal comfort for occupants
- Daylight and glare analysis
- Solar radiation for plant growth
The use of advanced simulation tools has ensured Elementa has overcome challenges in delivering an environment for mixed purposes. Each and every aspect of Elementa’s façade analysis has been used to promote an environment which is optimised for plant growth, occupant comfort and visual experience.
