LAUSD Berendo Middle School Gymnasium

Construction of a new gymnasium is underway at Berendo Middle School in the Pico-Union neighborhood of Los Angeles. The two-level gymnasium will straddle the upper and lower levels of the campus and combine playing courts with seating areas, a community plaza, and educational gardens. The new gym coincides with additional campus upgrades including the relocation of a Healthy Start clinic, construction of a new courtyard and sports fields, and increased ADA accessible paths.

Integral Group is providing full mechanical, electrical, and plumbing design services for this project, emphasizing cost-effective solutions to maximize the new gymnasium’s value and maintainability.
