The LinkedIn offices at 880 Maude were designed to achieve Zero Net Energy with Integral Light Studio providing simulation and design criteria for active skylight system in office spaces. Skylights automatically modulate throughout the day and year to deliver a diffuse, comfortable daylight environment, regardless of sky conditions.

While uniformity of illumination defines the day lit experience of the work spaces, the environment is balanced by a lively sun filled central community space, where a generous clear glass skylight washes the dynamic space with abundant sun light and mature trees.
