Ontario Secondary School Teachers’ Federation Headquarters

Ontario Secondary School Teachers’ Federation (OSSTF) is developing a new 3-story Headquarters. The project will be a mass timber construction targeting LEED V4 Platinum, WELL certification, net-zero energy in Owner Occupied space, and has high aspirations for energy efficiency and low operating costs. Thirty-two thousand square feet of the project will be core and shell only with future tenant office fit-up. The remaining 100,000 square feet will be Owner Occupied by OSSTF and will be fully fitted out.

A nearby building will be used as a swing space for OSSTF during renovation and construction.
