Parklands St. George’s Hill

This projects consists of a super prime house within St. George’s Hill complete with luxury facilities including swimming pool , air-conditioning, whole house ventilation, Crestron Home Entertainment and high level of interior design input.

The project posed a number of challenges, one example being, integration of the services with a high standard of interior design and a requirement for invisible services. This project boasts a number of innovative and sustainable solutions, such as implementation of renewable systems and heat recovery from air-conditioning. Sustainable items included – solar thermal provision and rainwater cycling.

Elementa’s work on this project included full mechanical, electrical and public health services. Energy and renewables strategy, home entertainment and data cabling, heating and ventilation systems.
