Andrew is Regional Director for Australia.  With a background and strong passion for fire engineering and fire protection design, Andrew has also led design and construction for multi-discipline projects of varying complexity across a range of market sectors.

David provides specialist consulting advice on building energy, building envelope, internal environment quality and wellness, micro-climate, wind comfort and visualization of analysis data using augmented and virtual reality technologies. The combination of technical expertise and analysis skills across these areas enables David to provide a holistic perspective to built environment design that recognizes the commercial imperative and drives sustainable outcomes that address the needs and risks of key stakeholders including developer, landlord and occupant.

David leads the Building Physics group overseeing energy modeling for major projects, evaluating options for energy conservation, optimizing the design of energy centers and submitting detailed energy strategy reports to planning authorities – most recently for the Nine Elms Skills Centre – 40,000 sqm hotel, residential + further education development in London.

David continues to refine a suite of bespoke tools to assist our clients in applying WELL Building strategies to their projects, and is in the process of achieving recognition as a WELL Accredited Professional.

Patrick is a mechanical engineer with 30 years’ experience in the building industry with an established record in leading major multi-disciplinary projects and a particular interest in the integration of Environmentally Sustainable Development (ESD) principles into building design. Using his experience and expertise he supports the growth of the business across Australia.

James has over 12 years of experience as a mechanical engineer in a wide range of building facilities including institutional buildings, healthcare facilities, laboratories, and data centers. In addition to leading the design of mechanical services, James has been responsible for managing large multi-discipline project teams from coordination, budgeting, programming, and resourcing. His expertise includes detailed design and documentation of mechanical services within critical specialized facilities, with both local and international experience in healthcare and research laboratories.

David is a principal at Integral Group and leads the Melbourne mechanical team. He manages the technical development of his team while challenging and encouraging project engineers to develop multidisciplinary skills and innovative design solutions for clients. David is a registered mechanical and fire safety engineer and lectures on fire engineering at Victoria University, Melbourne. He is widely recognised by his peers as an accomplished project leader of multi-disciplinary teams on complex institutional, advanced technology, and laboratory projects.

Graeme is an accomplished hydraulic services consultant with over 43 years’ experience in the design field. His project experience expands across a range of projects and sectors, including health, government, education, and retail. Graeme’s specialized field of hydraulic services expertise includes an extensive list of sewer and sanitary plumbing and he is passionate about providing sustainability services that embrace rainwater harvesting, solar hot water, black/grey water, and low flow taps outlets.

Eben is a principal with over 20 years of experience in Australia and the United Kingdom. He is a passionate sustainability consultant with a detailed background and knowledge of sustainable mechanical design. Eben works closely with leadership and project teams to ensure that clients have the best information and recommendations to make energy management and sustainability decisions. His portfolio of Green Star projects is testimony to his level of expertise in this specialist field.

Mark is a principal at Integral Group and a registered electrical engineer. Mark has extensive experience in project leadership of multi-discipline engineering design teams on complex projects in the building and property industry.  He possesses skills in team leadership and project management capabilities including mentoring of staff on project performance issues. Mark understands the broad aspect of design principles across all building services disciplines and their inter-dependencies. His strong preference is to contribute beyond his core discipline boundaries.

Silvia has an impressive portfolio in fire engineering, risk assessment, and fire protection projects for all building sectors, built over her 24 years in the industry. Silvia plays a pivotal role in mentoring up-and-coming fire engineers, sharing valuable expertise and knowledge. Silvia is highly respected within the industry for her passion and collaborative approach, leading projects successfully from concept design through to construction phase and handover.
